We are not liable for any delays or losses caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.

Payments & Refunds

Our service fees are clearly communicated in proposals, invoices, or our pricing pages. Payment terms are net 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Due to the nature of digital marketing and professional services, we do not offer refunds for work already performed, including but not limited to ad spend management, content creation, or completed strategy sessions. Refund eligibility (if any) will be defined in the specific service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1 Newin Infinitix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our website or services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Termination & Suspension

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as per the specific contract terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or fail to make timely payments.

Upon termination, you must cease using any confidential materials or intellectual property provided by us, except where permitted by law.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
